    Creating healthy Workplaces is the theme for this Master Series. We have 10 International Experts are sharing their knowledge &  wisdom re workplace wellness best practises.
  2. How can I listen to the Workplace Industry Experts?
    You must register (free) for the Master Series to receive access to the daily interviews. Go here to register.
  3. Where can I listen to the daily interviews?
    Once you have signed-up, you will receive a daily email notification about the scheduled speakers and how to access the audio interviews. These interviews will only be available daily for 24 hours only. If you have missed any interviews, you can purchase it here.
  4. What time does the daily Interview start?
    You can listen daily to the interviews from March 1-3, 2022. These interviews will only be available daily for 24 hours only. (Use the Time Zone Converter to convert the time to your location or watch the countdown timer)

  1. I can't find my subscription confirmation email?
    Be sure to add info@masterseries.com  to your safe sender list in your contacts.
  2. Why didn't the audio or webpage load properly?
    We expect to have a very positive response to the start of the Master Series. If the audio player or web pages do not load properly, please try again & refresh the web page. For optimum performance on a mobile device please view the website while you have access to Wi-Fi.
  3. I have missed some interviews - can I purchase them?
    Yes of course. You can own all of the Master Series Expert incredible wisdom by purchasing the Upgrade package. Email our Customer Care for assistance.
  4. How do I access my audio downloads?
    After purchasing the Upgrade Pack, you will receive instructions on how to access the audio's via a secure link provided by us. The audio files will only be available immediately.
  5. How do I place an order if I don't have a credit card?
    You can pay buy secure credit or debit card at checkout.
  6. What is the cancel/return policy?
    Once payment is made it is final and cannot be reimbursed. Audio Digital Downloads is non-refundable.

  8. Selected Troubleshooting Notes
    * If you experience problems listening to the Master Series, please upgrade your browser to the latest version.
    * If you instal a new browser after you have installed an audio player, you should run the audio player setup again. This will add the audio plug-in to the new browser so you can play content that is embedded in our Web pages.
    * Audio technology on the Internet is still relatively new. The amount of information that can travel along the average telephone line is limited. This can cause a queue in the audio signal. Current streaming technology makes best efforts not to lose this information and holds or 'buffers' it until the line is clear to receive further information. This is why there is sometimes a stuttering or delaying effect when receiving a stream. Refresh your browser if you are experiencing problems. Otherwise, try a different browser.
